Experience

Daniel practises in commercial, public and environmental law.

Before coming to the Bar, Daniel practised as a solicitor in commercial disputes and public law. His work included a focus on environmental litigation, including nuisance claims, cultural heritage, planning and public law challenges to major projects. He also worked on complex commercial disputes for private, multinational and government clients, including misleading or deceptive conduct claims, class actions, regulatory prosecutions involving ASIC, the ACCC and white-collar crime.

Daniel practised for five years at Minter Ellison and Baker McKenzie. Before that, he was an Associate to the Honourable Justice Digby at the Supreme Court of Victoria.

Daniel holds a Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne and is completing his Master of Laws.

Daniel is reading with Georgie Coleman and his senior mentor is Meg O’Sullivan KC.
