Experience
Dylan practises in commercial, public and common law.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Dylan was Associate to the Honourable Justice Niall in the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Victoria. Dylan has a particular interest in defamation law, having previously worked as a solicitor in the Media team at MinterEllison.
Dylan holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University, and a Master of Laws from the University of Cambridge.
Dylan is reading with Sandip Mukerjea. His senior mentor is Dr Matt Collins AM KC.
