Experience

Justin specialises in employment, industrial relations, discrimination law, workplace health and safety, commissions of inquiry and inquests. He advises and appears in public and private sector matters across Tasmania, New South Wales and Victoria, acting on behalf of employers and workplace regulators. He also has a broad practice in administrative law, commercial litigation, estate litigation and building and construction.

Before coming to the Bar in 2013, Justin was a partner in both a Tasmanian and a national legal firm. He taught Labour Law at the University of Tasmania and spent a number of years teaching Civil Procedure and Advocacy at the Tasmanian Legal Practice Course.
